Dear Berry,

   Thank you so much for a job well done. After receiving three estimates, we chose Digging Dirt LLC to install our new septic system. This choice was made after two people highly recommended your company.
   As far as we're concerned, you have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were pleased with the installation. First of all, every single time we called you, you returned our call promptly. When we decided the location of the septic tanks were to be on the other side of the garden, your employees were careful to dig up and replace the plants and stone path. They cut branches from the trees so the equipment wouldn't tear them off. After the installation, they removed branches, pipes, and unusable fill dirt from the site. Once the rains cam and the dirt settled, we didn't have to call you to come and fill in the holes; you just showed up and took care of it.
   Your employees are hard working and very well-mannered. You can tell they enjoy working for you and want to give you their very best.
